Jump Ahead Pediatrics is proud to offer occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, ABA therapy and other related services to both public, private, and charter schools throughout New Jersey. Founded over six years ago, Jump Ahead Pediatrics came to be after two therapy providers decided that students deserved better. Janki and Brittany were tired of seeing the same old practices implemented year after year with little attention paid to innovative solutions and out-of-the-box thinking. As a women-owned small business, Jump Ahead Pediatrics is absolutely committed to putting our school districts and their students first. We are currently providing exemplary service to numerous school districts through our expert evaluations, consultations, and individual treatments sessions. Our goal is to help children reach their full potential in school, at home, and in the community by using therapeutic approaches supported by research and experience. We collaborate with caregivers and teachers to develop individualized treatment plans with school-centered goals.

Our strategies incorporate the child’s school routine as well as the family's daily routine in order to provide the child with ample opportunity to expand their skills. Our therapists provide families and teachers with take-home strategies and treatment rationales so they can carry over practices after using them in the classroom.

*School Services: *We work in partnership with schools to help students fully benefit from their educational programs. We have extensive experience working directly with school districts to provide them with the therapy services / staffing that their respective student populations require. We are proud of the service we provide to school students and the school district administrators that seek to assist them. 

*Staff &Teacher In-services: *We offer a variety of training/in-services to teachers, other healthcare professionals and educational support staff. Our in-services are specially designed to educate school staff on therapy services, developmental stages, in-classroom adaptations and more. We are highly sought-after for our expertise specific to therapy services within school districts, having recently presented to the Jersey City public schools during their in-service days.

*Telemedicine Services: *In order to maintain the level of service our school district partners have come to expect of the Jump Ahead Pediatrics team, we are able to provide telemedicine sessions for student populations during the Covid-19 outbreak. Our staff members are experienced in providing treatment via remote technology, and utilize the best telecommunications equipment in order to continue services during any special circumstances.
