Math Tutor

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Math Tutor to join our team in Cherry Hill, NJ, for a full time or part time, school-based role! Let’s make a meaningful impact on every child’s journey!

Setting: School-Based Services

• Hours: M-F, 9am-3:30pm
• Pay: $25 hr

Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized tutoring sessions focusing on various math subjects, tailoring lesson plans to meet individual student needs.
• Clarify mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques, fostering student comprehension and mastery.
• Provide guidance with assignments, homework, and exam preparation, offering constructive feedback and reinforcement of learning.
• Monitor student progress, adjust teaching strategies accordingly, and maintain effective communication with students and parents to ensure a positive learning experience.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 60 college credits in an education program
• Teaching Certification a plus!
